Manager/Supervisor
Purpose:
Responsible for leading and overseeing branch operations. Ensures established policies and procedures are followed by implementing and carrying out bank policy and procedures with respect to overall operations of branch. Oversees the provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Ensures customers are promptly and professionally served. Trains, directs, and assists in supervising branch staff. Performs various branch functions as required.
Salary $65,000.00 - $74,000 - Commensurate with Experience

Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure all branch staff comply with bank operating policies and procedures to avoid losses and maintain a satisfactory audit rating.
- Open new business and personal accounts, including checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposits, Safe Deposit Boxes and all other accounts and services offered by the bank.
- Monitor and evaluate the development needs of staff members; provide coaching and training to help staff members improve their knowledge, skills, and job proficiency.
- Take personal ownership and pride with an entrepreneur mentality for the branch facility and premises.
- Apply knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations pertaining to the banking industry.
- Demonstrate analytical, decision making, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Supervise Teller balancing procedures, operate Teller window as needed and assist Tellers with problems and questions on procedures.
- Manage customer complaints and service issues and research account problems
- Serve as a positive role model and demonstrate FCSB values in all actions.
- Prepare and conduct scheduled performance evaluations. Address and document performance issues.
- Schedule branch employees, manage time off requests and approve weekly timecards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
- Order Branch cash, balance vault and ATM, Audit Teller cash drawers on a regular basis.
- Performs various clerical duties as assigned.
- Minimum of three to five years Branch sales, operations and supervisory experience.
- Detailed knowledge of Banking procedures and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
- Excellent Microsoft and Bank software knowledge.
- Must possess superior people skills.
