Purpose:
First Central Savings Bank is looking to train the right candidate for part-time employment as a commercial lending support intern. This is an ideal internship position for anyone looking to have a career in banking, finance with a specialty in commercial lending. This person should have strong analytical skills, strong organizational skills, strong computer skills and strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Hourly Rate $17/hour

Job Functions:

Assisting the originations staff with searches to be completed on the commercial real estate properties, the borrowers, and any individuals related to the loan transaction.
Review and analyze property rent rolls, income & expense statements and financial documentation.
Review loan files and prepare a financial analysis on closed loan files.
Work with loan servicing personnel and input loan information into the banks loan system.
Reviews loan closing documentation for any missing documents, signatures or attachments.
