Purpose:
Responsible for the handling of transactional, maintenance, monitoring and archiving of customer and bank transactions and records. Complies with and ensures that all bank personnel involved in the transactions under their responsibilities complies with regulatory requirements bank policies and procedures. Supports bank personnel and bank customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Responsible for the handling of transactional, maintenance, monitoring and archiving of customer and bank transactions and records. Complies with and ensures that all bank personnel involved in the transactions under their responsibilities complies with regulatory requirements bank policies and procedures. Supports bank personnel and bank customers.
Essential Job Functions:
- Handle all aspects related to wire transfer processing, ACH processing and check processing, i.e. validation of Branch tasks, processing, archiving, etc.
- Handle card related needs i.e. ordering, investigation, disputes, compromises, customer support etc.
- Handle cash related needs for the Branches i.e. ordering etc.
- Online banking support (Business and Retail) i.e. all online services offered to customers. Assist customers in registering and the use of the service, handling pw resets etc.
- Legal processing i.e. handling of subpoenas, levies etc. coordinating responses between affected departments
- Fraud monitoring for all customer activity i.e. activity validation, case tracking, follow- ups etc.
- Archive the bank customer account records.
- Process file maintenances as necessary for banks and customer records.
- Reconciliation of the banks settlement accounts internally and third party accounts as assigned.
- Reconciliation of the bank payments/transactions, i.e., wires, cash letters, in-clearing, ACH’s, etc.
- Prepare monitoring reports for tracking product performance and for rate pricing.
- Handle aspects of monitoring communication and tracking related to Bank Regulations.
- Handle aspects of the Bank’s document archive needs, i.e., storage, shredding, etc.
- Handle aspects of dormant accounts, abandon property, garnishments.
- Crosstrain/back-up all departmental functions current and future additions.
- Perform related and unrelated duties as may be required or assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bank experience/background.
- Knowledge of NACHA rules and applicable regulations Microsoft office skills.
- Excellent organizational skills,
- Communication skills for interacting with all levels of customers and management.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
